A rite of passage for the modern man.
Three acts. The man, the partner, the father.
Where we dropping?
There's a sentence running in your head. It goes: "There's no way the other guys are as fucked up as me."
Every man in this squad has that same sentence. Word for word. About himself.
That's the lie this whole thing is built to break. Not with a lecture. With six men finding out, in the same room, that they were all carrying the same weight and all hiding it the same way.
Most men change through crisis. The marriage cracks, the kid stops calling, the body quits. And then the work starts, in the wreckage, at triple the price.
This is the other option: run the maintenance before the engine seizes. Eight weeks of honest work on the patterns that run you. Before you hand them to a partner who has to live with them, and a kid who has to inherit them.
You don't need to be in crisis to do this. That's the point. Crisis-price is the worst price.
Every man has an internal map. Most of it is unexplored. Not because it's empty, but because nobody ever handed him a torch.
Act I is eight weeks and eight waypoints on that terrain. We go in with torches. Not to fix anything. To see it.
The man.
Eight weeks. Facing your own patterns, your fears, and what you refuse to pass down. This is the act Cohort One is running now.

A breakup put me on the floor and made me look, really look, at what I'd been handing the people I love. The patterns weren't new. They were inherited. And I was about due to pass them on.
This is the map I wish someone had handed me at twenty-five. I'm not ahead of you on it. I'm roped in, same as you.

Cohort One costs nothing. The price is three things:
This isn't a product yet. It's a squad of six men building the thing while walking it. Four seats are already inked. If you got this link, one of the others has your name pencilled on it.
Say the word and it's ink.
